![]() Beverly Shores
The town of Beverly Shores is home to some 500 residents. There is a mixed variety of architectural styles, ranging from structures that were barged across Lake Michigan after their exhibition at the 1933-1934 "A Century of Progress" Chicago's Worlds Fair to newly-constructed modern homes that are nestled in wooded dunes surrounded by the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore parkland. There is also access to the sandy shores of Lake Michigan. Located on the southern tip of Lake Michigan, it is an easy drive from Chicago and only minutes from New Buffalo, Michigan. The South Shore Line commuter railroad also has a Beverly Shores station. |
